Explore the mountain and find the secret runs and bumps in a friendly, safe environment. At Ski Connections your children will not only improve, but learn about the environment and mountain safety.

  • Small groups ( 6 max.) so everyone gets a go behind the instructor.

  • Fun skill builders and games are used to teach technique.

  • For medals, assessment is made over the week….No time wasted on exams.

All courses start on Sunday or Monday and finish on Friday:

 MORNING SESSIONS:

3 sessions of 2h15 mn + 3 sessions of 2h45 mn                        

 

  • Sunday or Monday to Tuesday: 9h30 to 11h45 (outside  February French holidays) or 09h00 to 11h15 (February).

  • Wednesday to Friday: 09h30 to 12h15 (outside February French holidays) or 09h00 to 11h45 (February).

  • LUNCH CLUB : We provide a safe friendly environment for children to have lunch and play (11h15 - 12h45 Sun. to Tue. and 11h45 - 13h15 Wed. to Fri).

  • CHOCO SKI : A hot chocolate for children after their morning lessons and 45 mns extra time for parents who want to enjoy a long morning skiing (11h15 - 12h00 Sun. to Wed and 11h45 - 12h30 Wed. to Fri).

  • "Choco ski" and  "Lunch club" are both available Sundays to Fridays, 1 to 6 sessions.

LUNCHTIME SESSIONS: 5 kids maximum per group !

Important : Lift pass for children up to 5 years old is free but complusory anyway. Please remember to get one in resort from the lift pass office (opposite our office). Proof of age required.

Objectives of the week :

  • Mini Kids (4 - 5 yrs)

This course is for little beginners aged between 4 and 5 who have never skied before. During the week they will have fun learning the basics in a specially adapted area.

  • Beginner Kids (6 - 11 years)

If your children have never skied before they can make their first turns with us in security. Small groups will allow your child to learn quickly. They will rapidly be up to exploring the mountain with you.

  • Kids

Your children can snowplough, use an easy drag lift, stop and make small turns on an easy nursery slopes. During the week's lessons, they will perfect their snowplough turns and gain more control, working towards you exploring the mountain as a family.

  • Kids 1

They can snowplough down greens and easy blues. Using fun skill builders, they will ski faster and gain more control. Progressively leaving their snowplough and making first steps towards parallel skiing. They have probably had one week skiing.

  • Kids 2

The goal for the Kids 2 are smooth parallel turns on blues. During the week they will become balanced and better positioned. At the end of the week, watch out as we are going to teach them to spray you with snow. To book into Kids 2, you need to be able to skid and side slip.

  • Kids 3

To go into Kids 3 your children must be able to make parallel turns on blues. The goals for Kids 3 are to tighten turn shape, become more dynamic and start making rhythmic turns.

  • Kids 4

Kids 4 is a course for experienced juniors skiers. By using basic Freestyle moves they will become more athletic on their skis. During the week they will learn to ski on more varied terrains. However, we will equally explore the resort and ski the secret spots Serre Chevalier has to offer.

  • Kids 5

To enroll into Kids 5 you need to be able to ski all pisted runs well and cope with small bumps. We will take them in the snow park and when conditions are good some easy deep snow.
